This is the second pattern I designed for the "Writing" colection of modern crochet cosmetic pouches. I chose a burgundy tone colour cause I love them and it's a happy coincidence that it's a very trendy colour at the moment!
After the "MAKE UP" bag here goes the "BEAUTY STUFF" pouch to literally store your beauty stuff! :) This is such a cute little cosmetic pouch, it's one of those projects that you just fall in love with when you're making it and even more so once it's done!
I made the pouch using Mississippi 3 yarn from Katia's yarn in black, white and dark fuschia. I just sew a simple zipper and no lining. What I love about tapestry crochet is that the inside is almost as pretty as the outside, plus the stitches are corcheted very thight so there is no need to line.
It's approximately 13 cm/5,1 inches H and 18 cm/7,1 inches W. It's a size that allows to carry a pretty satisfactory amount of make up and at the same time can easily fit your daily purse so you can take it with you everywhere.
