The Mascara Crochet Cosmetic Pouch

I finally managed to write down the pattern of the "Mascara" tapestry crochet cosmetic pouch. It's the last tapestry design of my "writings" collection! Well, the last one for now! I'm surely gonna make some more in a near future and grow the collection! I really fell in love with crocheting letters and words and I love the designs I created! It was a crochet project adventure with a happy ending! I can't wait to do more different projects with all kinds of writings and why not crocheting sentences and not just words?!

After the "Lipstick" pouch, I decided to go with the word "Mascara", another must have beauty essential! Even if I'm not doing any more crochet cosmetic pouch for this collection right now, I already have more words ideas for the next ones!

To do it I decided to go with the combo black, white and light yellow of my beloved cotton Mississippi 3 yarn form the brand Katia! But I invite to play and use any of your favourite colours!

If you are familiar with my tapestry crochet work you now that I love to keep it simple. So, as usual, no lining and a regular black zipper to really let the pouch be the center of all attentions :)

The pouch is approximately 13 cm/5,1 inches H and 20 cm/7,9 inches W. It's a size that allows to carry a pretty satisfactory amount of make up and at the same time can easily fit in your daily purse so you can take it with you everywhere.
